Upon graduating from college, Danielle Galmore landed her first job — as a manager of a team of eight.

“I realized that the worst boss in the room was me,” she says.

To learn leadership skills, she had to ask for guidance. She encourages fellow entrepreneurs and managers to do the same.

Today, Galmore is the managing director at Workspring, a brand within Steelcase that specializes in offsite business meetings for today’s mobile and interconnected workforce.
