Not only did New Zealand’s Rod Dixon win a bronze medal at the 1972 Olympics, he also competed in four Olympic games, won the 1983 New York City Marathon and once ran a mile in 3:53. In simpler terms: He knows a little about running and fitness.
Now, 45 years removed from his Olympic medal, Dixon focuses on helping young children achieve their potential.
