You wouldn’t ever get on a plane with a pilot who doesn’t have a flight plan, so how can you go to work without a business plan?

You need a plan, and it shouldn’t be an annual plan — it should be monthly, says Jordan Zimmerman, founder and Chairman of Zimmerman Advertising. In this edition of AskJZ, he suggests you think of every month as a year.  Then at the end of the 30 days, you can assess and reassess where you are and where your going.
